International Dental Care is one of Hyderabad’s recognised dental practices, known for its clinical quality and patient trust built over the years. However, its digital presence didn’t reflect this leadership. The clinic approached our studio for a complete transformation—covering branding, website, campaign strategy, and offline alignment. The goal was clear: modernise the practice’s public presence and create a growth-ready system that could consistently bring in new patients.
We took charge of the entire project—starting with brand identity, optimising digital platforms, building campaign assets, and designing a funnel that could convert interest into appointments. This wasn’t just a design job—it was a growth partnership.

The clinic needed more than just visibility. In a fast-paced digital market, they were falling behind competitors who were actively running ads and capturing leads. With no digital campaigns ever run before, no appointment flow, and outdated branding, our mission was to create a setup that could consistently deliver patient inquiries and match their internal targets.

Strategy
Overview

Before building visuals and layouts, we developed a clear strategy based on the clinic’s goals, user behaviour, and competitive landscape. The focus was to turn discovery into decision—by guiding users through structured services, trust signals, and easy booking flows.
  • Mapped patient journey to structure pages around search, trust, and booking
  • Prioritised key services like RCT, whitening, implants in site flow
  • Placed WhatsApp, phone, and form CTAs for easy conversions
  • Integrated trust signals like hygiene visuals, reviews, and treatment photos
  • Designed campaign landing pages that can run seasonally or geo-targeted

Design System Development

Once the strategy and structure were finalised, we created a complete design system tailored for International Dental Care. This included visual components, layout rules, typography styles, colour schemes, iconography, and reusable blocks—ensuring consistency across website, ads, GMB, social posts, print collateral, and even future in-clinic signage.
The system wasn’t just aesthetic—it was built for scale, helping the clinic run promotions quickly, adapt visuals as needed, and maintain a unified brand voice across platforms.

Visual Design

The UI was crafted to be clean, modern, and accessible. AR overlays were designed to stand out in real environments. Colors and typography followed brand tones with strong contrast. Micro-interactions were added for engagement and delight. Final screens balanced usability, aesthetics, and business impact.

Final Outcome

The project delivered a complete turnaround in visibility, branding, and lead generation. Within weeks, International Dental Care saw strong performance across digital platforms and patient engagement.
