Our client is a growing fintech brand in India. They offer investment services like mutual funds and stocks to thousands of urban users. We first partnered with them in 2019 to help design and scale their core investment app—making complex flows simple, clear, and compliant.
Recently, they came to us with a new idea. This time, it wasn’t about building a live product—it was about exploring a concept. They wanted to design a savings app for young professionals just starting their careers. People who earn, spend fast, and often forget to save.
Their goal? Use strong design to pitch to investors. No MVP, no backend. Just a fully working UI in Replit, with a clear story and user journey that shows how saving could feel light, personal, and even social.
The
Challenge
The client needed a full-featured UI—no MVPs, no wireframes, no fluff. Just clean, expressive screens ready for investor decks and app demos. With only partial user data and limited time for full-cycle research, we skipped traditional design rituals and leaned into agile intuition: persona shortcuts, behavioural hypotheses, and bold interface decisions.
- 10–14 days for concept, visual flows, and frontend
- No formal research, just client hunches
- UI had to be self-contained, show-ready
- Needed a “final” feel—branded, stylized, functional
- Skip wireframes, go straight to high-fidelity screens
Our Approach
After mapping the challenge, we took a bold, practical route—leverage AI at every stage. As an AI-ready agency, and with client discussions aligned on this, we used generative tools not just for visual speed, but for strategic clarity.
Our process wasn’t typical. Instead of months of research and layered personas, we worked in parallel tracks:
User check
We spoke directly to Gen Z users—those investing, those not—to go beyond assumptions.
Leverage AI
We used AI to source insights, test hypotheses, and simulate saving behaviors.
Fool proof UX plan
We built core user flows and UX tasks and translated them to features and UI screens.
AI Agents
Using Replit as our AI weapon and our efficient prompts we achieved the whole UI the way client wanted.
Solution
We used Replit to architect the app from scratch—prompting the entire idea like a digital business analyst. Every flow, theme, and core feature was defined early, and iteratively expanded using targeted prompts tied to our UX requirements. Referencing live screens, missing elements, and Gen Z triggers, we finished the full app with precision and speed—marrying clarity with creative autonomy, all within a single, agile workspace.

Final story
To complete the experience, we designed and built a fully functional landing page in Replit—tailored to introduce SaveFlex with clarity, energy, and immediate Gen Z appeal. The page captures the spirit of the product: bold gradients, fluid motion, and a storyline built around small wins and social validation. We’ve rendered the entire interface as a live scroll video—making it easy for investors, users, and partners to preview the app’s voice, tone, and value in seconds. This isn’t just a promo—it’s the UX pitch in motion.
Our POV on
AI-Driven UX
This was a live demonstration of what Gen AI can do— but only when paired with decades of UX instinct, clarity of flow, and sharp design thinking.
AI can accelerate product definition, narrative, and execution, but it needs structured intent to deliver business impact.
When every feature, requirement, and user journey is known, AI becomes more than a tool—it becomes a force multiplier. Not every context allows for this, but where it fits, the results are game-changing.
At Index, we’re not just experimenting. We’re at the forefront of AI-powered UX, building systems that combine precision with empathy, speed with craft. The future isn’t AI alone—it’s AI led by experience.
